Vancouver has many beautiful parks and beaches for you to enjoy and un-wind in! Studies have proven that your brain functions most optimally when you take a break after studying for a period of 45 minutes. Feel refreshed and re-vitalized by taking even as short as a ten minute break from your work and heading outside. “Taking a breather” in the great outdoors will help calm and relax you and inspire your fresh ideas!
*Glossary:
“Taking a breather”=take a break
* “Refreshed and Re-vitalized”=to feel full of energy, like new!
