J-Shine資格取得英語版クラスの先生のSuzanah先生はYogaのインストラクター資格を持っている健康マニア(自称)と言う事で先生に色々聞いてみました。As you know, the LETS programs can be quite demanding! It takes determination and a lot of hard work to succeed!
Taking good care of your physical, mental and emotional well-being is very important while participating in the LETS programs. Follow these 5 tips to increase your energy, help you concentrate and keep you feeling like a Superstar!
1. Eat 5 small meals throughout the day
Research has shown that eating micro-meals throughout the day,(approximately 1/4 cup of food) helps keep your energy up and your brain alert! Try to include foods rich in Omega 3’s and other essential fatty acids, such as fish, avocado, eggs, nuts and flax and coconut oils. These are the best foods for giving you brain- power! Eating these foods will also give your skin a healthy glow and help you maintain a healthy weight. Try to limit foods high in sugar. These will only give you a temporary energy boost, but will make you feel more tired in the long run!2.Drink an ocean of H20!
Drink more water=have more energy!
Notice how your ability to concentrate increases by simply drinking at least 8 cups of filtered water throughout the day. Feeling tired? Go for a large glass of water with some fresh lemon or fresh mint added instead of your usual coffee or tea. Feel the difference!
